We are experience-based practice that aim to provide design services to clients and solve unique and challenging problems. By relying on our past experience and expertise, we can take on more complex project types. We design custom solutions based on the specific needs of our clients, responding to site context and budget, and the technical requirements of the building’s program.

We developed a strong reputation as being able to successfully deliver significant, complex, and unique projects. We have the capacity to go after a variety of projects beyond our core focus.

Over the years we have designed and delivered schemes that we are proud of; many of them has been successfully implemented, other recognised and award-winning. We will always aim high and go a step further to deliver a scheme that not only functions to a high standard, but also surprises, inspires and really makes a positive influence into our world.

Our philosophy… connection, beauty, well-being, non-conformism, radical sensitivity and respect for human and nature. Our main interest is connection. On many levels. How we can connect to nature and to cities we live in. How then this connection shapes us, and how we can shape the spaces around us. How a successful scheme can help people connect in the 21st century world.

Sandro First

Creative Director

Sandro is a highly qualified professional with a real passion for changing the world around us by visioning and implementing bold, unique and successful outdoor spaces and buildings. He has many years of extensive professional experience in both world-recognised architectural and landscape architectural practices in Europe, and in freelance engagement with Clients. He has consultancy experience in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
He worked in 2008 at the SIGNE practice in Paris, founded by renowned landscape architect Alain Provost. From 2013 he was employed at Gillespies, one of the leading landscape practices in the United Kingdom. He won two competitions on behalf of Gillespies. Both were large scale projects for new mixed use developments in Moscow. From 2018 to 2020 he was employed at HED and then at Cracknell in London. During this period he worked mainly on large scale projects in the UK and the Middle East.

Jaelan Yi

Head of Interior Design

Jaelan is a talented designer from South Korea. Her unique approach to space. Her extraordinary sensitivity and eye for detail makes her an exceptional and essential team member. Her knowledge of East Asia philosophy, perception of the world and profound understanding of yin yang concept makes her LAS expert in the realm of well-being.
Her responsibility is to secure that our team delivers high-end luxury design.

Jakub Sikorski

Menaging Director

Jakub gained his management experience as an active and creative entrepreneur. Thanks to his interpersonal skills, he copes well with situations that require frequent and substantive interpersonal contacts. In 2006, he started working at the Zakopane City Hall, where, among other things, he gained experience in issues related to universal design and a holistic approach to adapting the surrounding space for all users including those with reduced mobility. In his work, he was greatly helped by his inborn ability to communicate with people and the ease with which it comes to him. The fact of being in a wheelchair sharpened his sensitivity, as well as the ability to take a distanced and insightful look at the world, people and the surrounding space. What is more he won many medals at the Polish parachampion games in badminton.

Doug Holloway

Head of Landscape Design

Doug is a qualified Landscape Architect, Garden Designer from England. He gained his experience working on a variety of gardens in the UK for over 20 years.
He tries to create gardens that are vibrant & alive. He wants a user to feel the garden is beautiful and to make people to be surrounded by life; plants, trees, water & wildlife. He believes the balance that is struck between these elements and the hard landscape is unique to everyone, so a garden should perfectly reflect a specific person.
